Dear Future Attendee!

We are so grateful that you are considering joining us! As two organizations that share similar ideas in bioregulatory medicine, we are so excited to join forces to present our conference/retreat, Claim Your Terrain.

The Metabolic Terrain Institute of Health (MTIH) and the Bioregulatory Medicine Institute (BRMI) have many similarities. One of the most notable is our BELIEF in the TERRAIN. Dr. Nasha Winters, Dr. James Odell, and Dr. Sharon Stills, our keynote speakers, will delve deeper into this all important topic of terrain and how we can all Claim Our Terrain and live longer healthier lives. We also hope YOU can add to our conference too with a 20-minute talk (see below)...perhaps, as a Ted-Talk speaker?

Located in the quaint village of Sayulita, Rancho Poco a Poco is a private magical resort nestled in the jungle and yet only a 20 to 30 minute walk to the ocean. Sayulita boasts snorkeling, surfing, hiking, exploring, and a “must see” farmers market (which we have included in the schedule). There is also the opportunity for you to do ANYTHING else that Sayulita offers!

The conference/retreat is a perfect balance of learning and self-care. Please click here for our schedule. Each afternoon there will be time set aside for self-care. Our included self-care options encompass attending a three-hour spiritual Temescal (sweat lodge) ceremony; exploring the local jungle and sea on an a guided eco hike, learning how to Latin dance with Christy Byers, and more! You will also have the option of swimming in the brand-new pool, or scheduling a low-cost massage during the self-care portion of the conference. We think there is something for everyone in Sayulita - unless you like cold, snow, and rain!

In addition to self-care, we will be providing healthy organic meals throughout your stay. Both breakfast and lunch on Thursday, dinner on Friday, and breakfast on Saturday. Friday's dinner will include Mariachi music, optional taste-testing of local tequila (aka...margaritas), and dancing, of course!  We have limited our registration to 40 total participants to create a close connection with all who attend.

We are innovators, free-thinkers, and entrepreneurs. Despite our independence and free spirit, we are stronger together. Come join, present, heal, and immerse yourself in beautiful Sayulita!
